Requirements:

• Age 6 -14 years
• Priority given to child from a Single parent family with minimal involvement of custodial parent
• Will consider other situations on an individual basis
• Need for a positive role model
• Live in Hancock County

 

Steps to Get A Mentor:

Call CMC at 419.424.9752 and discuss your situation with an agency representative.  If your child qualifies, an application will be mailed to you.
